News Case that folds around a mini-ITX motherboard launches on January 30 — 200W 80 Plus PSU included

I really like this SFF case for HTPC or home office use, and I plan to order one! It has an elegant stylish look, unlike many SFF cases that just look like black boxes. The TH article does not include the product link for Model 0 Flamingo so here it is:

For those who are unfamiliar with the company Geometric Future, they were formed in 2020 by several former InWin employees who left InWin in 2019-2020, including one of InWin's best product managers, and several industrial designers and staff who formerly worked at InWin. They partner with a factory in Suzhou, China to make their own cases and products.

There is a YouTuber called "Gear Seekers" who frequently incorrectly says that Geometric Future is part of InWin - GF is not affiliated with InWin but was started by former InWin employees. InWin has experienced a lot of brain drain talent leaving the company between 2019 and 2024, including a lady who I consider to be InWin's 2nd best most creative industrial designer who left InWin and became an R&D manager for Cooler Master in 2023.

InWin also makes a "B1" and "Chopin Max" SFF case that is bundled with a Taiwan-made 200W PSU like GF's Flamingo. I think Flamingo is more stylish than InWin's Chopin although some people may not like the gold-orange accents on Flamingo. InWin's Chopin Max was around $150 USD, with bundled 200W PSU and made of brushed black or silver aluminum. A $90 or $100 price for Flamingo with bundled 200W PSU would not be too much compared to Chopin Max.

Geometric Future will make its Model 0 Flamingo PC case available on retailers starting January 30.

looks great however ill stick to regular cases with panels that are secure. got a flash back of that guy linus bought a case from when his girl friend threw his case out the window during a argument lol i think it was.

imagine this thing being thrown out a window by a angry partner lol.

It's a modernized Antec ISK110 with a PSU.
The only thing it's missing is a VESA mount.

... solid integrated GPU like the AMD Ryzen 7 8700G.
IMO, that's going to make the overall cost of the system exorbitant.
There's no cheap AM5 A620 mITX in stock right now.
It's all B650 in the >$200 range, and at that point, you might as well buy a 7840HS based mini-PC because it's cheaper.
