Hello, I am writing for a friend so it might take a bit long for me to get answers about your questions, thanks for your help in advance.

My friend's PC has problem with its case USB ports and motherboard Ethernet port, they stop working, after he connects his X360 controller via wireless adapter or a controller with a cable, after a while (might be 20min, might be an hour, or more) playing a game with it. It doesn't get fixed unless he restarts the PC, and it is not a sure fix either. I'm guessing that it has to do with either X360 controller driver or the USB drivers but was not able to identify the issue for sure, tried to check dump files via WinDbg but was not able to find anything spesific.

This is the link for the dump files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bGPi0hrx9lIkB5r9-pUnkidsFNfiY75C

OS is Windows 10, Motherboard is ASUS PRIME B350M-K, case is ASUS TUF GAMING GT301.

Update the post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

History of heavy use for gaming or video editing? Even bit-mining?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Look in Reliability History - any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before things stop working?
