Case warranty Phanteks enthoo pro

Hello,

recently I bought Phanteks enthoo pro with side window. I noticed that side window and other plastic parts every now and then relese a cracking sound. Does guarantee covers that?

A "cracking sound"? You're going to have to explain that in some more detail before anybody can give you close to an idea.

Ultimately, warranties are limited. Usually a manufacturing defect, you'll have a somewhat decent chance with.
If it's something that was damaged in transit, the manufacturer isn't likely to cover (maybe if they arranged the transport?). If it's something you've done while installing in the case etc, there's no chance.

Unfortunately, even if it was a manufacturing defect, trying to prove whatever the problem is didn't occur in transport or while you were building in the case is up to you, more often than not.

Case release cracking sound, like when furniture crackles. Sometimes even if I turn off PC, after some time I hear cracking noise. It can be very irritating at night. Do you know where I can buy side panel without window? That would at least partially solve the problem.

I must admit, I'm not understanding the sound you're trying to describe. I can't think of furniture crackling.

You can probably contact Phanteks themselves for a side panel, but I don't know if they offer a windowless version.

I contacted Phanteks support, they told me to put rubber between contact acrylic glass and steel. After that I ask them where I can buy windowless side panel, they didn`t answer to me. That was five day ago.

I also have the same pc case and noticed the crackling sounds. I solved the crackling problem by loosen up the hinges up a bit with some pliers between the side window where the window is actually held in place. And also the smaller side window has these hinges. Try to loosen them up a bit but not too loose or otherwise it will rattle when the fans are spinning. The crackle sound is produced by the heat which expands metals and other objects.
