Case with solid side door

I want to buy a chassis.I have 2 choices but there is a difference between them.
One of them has a solid transparent side panel (I mean without place to add side door fan)and it has 1 front intake,2 roof and exhaust .
But the other has 2 extra place for adding fans on side door.
In my opinion with the case with solid side panel I can get more consistent air flow and better cooling experience.
Can some one help me to choose one of these which has better ventilation.

Do you know what models the cases are?

There are more factors then just the side vents on the case.
Need to know what the cases are, what parts you are putting in the pc, and what its uses will be. Only then we will know enough variables to give you a proper recommendation.

I know the models but they are not known out of my country.

About the parts here is my system info:
CPU: core i5 3470
GPU: Gigabyte r7 260x-OC 2GB
MB: Asus p8b75-v
Ram :2*4GB apacer 1600Mhz.
It's uses will be gaming and engineering soft wares(CAM/CAD).
