I purchased a new case last week for a rebuild I did for my computer, which has RGB lighting to the fans on the front side but I cant get the multicolor part to work. I've tried downloading the software from their website but it says ''Plug in your CM device''. I cant find another software to download from their website so I guess something is wrong. The fans are working and are lit up but only in one color.
I then read on their website that the motherboard has to be compatible to be able to change the lights but I cant find a list where it says what kind of motherboards etc that'll work.
So my question is this: Do I have a motherboard that doesn't allow me to change the colors for some reason or have I downloaded the wrong software?
Case: CoolerMaster Masterbox RGB Lite 5 midi tower
Motherboard: MSI B250M BAZOOKA (MS-7A70) (U3E1)
