The motherboard will fit in the case and the CPU goes on the motherboard... so Yes but the RAM you listed is DDR2 and that motherboard only takes DDR3 and the CPU only works with DDR3.

Careful with H6x/Z6x/B6x chipsets on ivy bridge. Most of them require a bios update to get working. Which would require a previous gen cpu. (Sandy bridge, anything 2xxx)
