Case's Frontal USB Port malfunctioning

Guys recently one of my case's frontal USB ports stopped working. I opened the case and the cables are just fine. All other ports work ok, except for this one. If i put anything on it, it quickly works and then turns off.

I am using an adapter on my PC rn, and my connection is already bad with the adapter in the front, so using it in the back is just horrible... Do you guys think it died? I mean, it doesn't have 4 months.

what you use the adaptor for if it is for headphones could you plug them in directly .
