Cases that fit to my expectations?

Hi guys,do i need your help again,i wanna change my old s**ty case to a new one,i don't know the quality of different brands,all i know is i have 2 fan one 80mm rear and one 12 mm front(Noctua NF-S12A FLX and Noctua NF-A8 FLX) and i want to use them in my new case too.I have a Asus Strix GTX 950 (8.7 " x 4.9 " x 1.6 " Inch or 22 x 12.5 x 4 cm) so that need to fit in.I think my psu (CS550M) should lie down so it have a separate airflow from down right?I don''t need RGB in the new case but if it have its not a problem after all 😀(but if have,let it be able to turn off).In the future after my new case i ill buy a big cooler for my cpu idk which one but that need to fit in too 😀.The budget i have is ~$100,i hope the price will be the same in romania too :S.I think the biggest point i see is that i want to use my 2 fan in the new case if it have included fan or not,plus the price for sure.Ooh almost forget i have asrock h61m-vg3 mobo which is micro atx.

NZXT - S340 Elite the cheapest i can get in my country is $112 :S sheeeeeeitt,but looks nice 😀
