Cases with good stock fans?

Anyone know any good cases that have good stock fans? I was looking at the Fractal Design Define R6, but their fans don't look promising. I doubt any case will have stock fans that don't need replacing, but at this point I am trying not to spend more on some new fans. Side note: I do plan on overclocking + case needs at least 170mm CPU height

Specs:
Asus Prime Z370-A
i7 8700k
EVGA GTX 1080 8GB
G. Skill Trident Z 16 GB 3200
Cyrorig R1 universal
EVGA 750w G2

Thanks for your time!

Solution
8700k only wins by doubled threads which most games can't benefit from
but those extra threads are beneficial for streaming if you game and stream on the same pc
My take:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor ($249.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H5 Universal 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($158.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($135.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial - MX500 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($64.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB...
If you haven't bought the parts yet, I would like to provide some suggestions starting from that motherboard.
R6 is really good case, those fans should work well even if you oc.
Living in?
Major usage?
Budget on the case if you have already bought above parts.

I ordered everything last night, including the R6. Is there anything that should be changed from the specs stated above? I can probably change my order if done by tonight.

I will get ASROCK EXTREME4 for better vrm to overclock 8700k

Yea, I live in US. Total was $1450, excluding the PSU. I also plan on streaming, but will have a 2nd PC dedicated for it. Not sure which would run a higher quality stream between this setup vs this: i5-3570k, GTX 1060, G.skill Ripjaws 16 GB DDR3. These specs should be fine, but the end goal is being able to run the smoothest stream possible without losing any performance in-game.

yea this is my current setup, which will turn into my dedicated streaming pc. I didn't realize a gtx 1080ti + i5-8600k would be better than gtx 1080 + i7-8700k

Solution
You can use 1060 first and wait for 2080ti if needed.
dedicated capture card:

You don't need dedicated gpu for dedicated streaming pc.

Will take your advice into consideration. Thank you so much for all the help!
