THE ONLY WAY I CAN STREAM VIDEO FROM MY COMPUTER IS TO CAST WITH WiFi LAN SERVER TO MY TABLET THEN PLAY IT ON MX PLAYER THEN CAST IT FROM THAT. VLC AND VIDEOSTREAM STOPPED WORKING FOR I CANT FIGURE.

explain your issue with better English, thanks

I'm also having this issue, but just directly connecting to my LG TV. its a webOS tv from years ago that's discontinued, I've factory reset it a couple times already and tried ethernet and Wi-Fi but every time I connect windows says "Connected" and then windows will freeze but I can still move my mouse, it unfreezes after a few seconds then it immediately says "Disconnected." a few seconds later. but my phone can cast to my PC fine but not my TV, so it's not a router port issue or anything like that. I've tried 2GHz and 5.8GHz and neither of them work. same result. started happening randomly a while ago, the only reason I need to do this is because my VR headset requires a HDMI port and so does my monitor. the only problem is I don't have 2, I only have one HDMI port on my GPU, while my Ryzen 5 3600 doesn't have onboard graphics so I can't just connect it directly to the motherboard. if anyone finds a fix please tell me.

Specs:
EVGA GTX 1060 3GB SC Gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H (upgrading soon, waiting for my refund from AWD-IT for a broken motherboard they sent me)
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200MHz
750w PSU (nowhere near on its way out)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD: soon, not got one yet.
TP-Link Archer T5E AC1200

TV: LG WebOS 43LF630V-ZA
