Casual gaming monitor help!

So i'm looking for a monitor good for casual gaming, not looking for anything competitive fps ready. I'd like something with 1920x1080 with a 60hz refresh rate, a 5ms or less response time, and no speakers included, I have my own. I was also wondering if I should go for IPS? The budget I want to stay in for it is around $100-$150. Thanks!

You don't mention what size you're looking for? I'd really recommend nothing smaller than 24".
