If anyone goes to market for purchasing Cat5e Plenum cable it should know at least some basic information about the features of this Cable. Like:
4-pair unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable, 24 AWG Copper Clad Aluminum, Verified Compliant With EIA/TIA /ETL, Low Smoke, CMP Plenum rated jacket.
Can anyone suggest me more informations about this ethernet cable?

Plenum cable is for raised roof flooring or in an open-air return. for fire codes its fire retardant and it doesn't release as many toxic fumes as other cables.

You are talkign two separate things, the things listed above are part of the CAT5/5e standard.

The other part is plenum.

You can have plenum coax, cat5, electrical cable, cat6. cat7, etc cables, all that means is they are designed to go into sensitive air spaces, which generally means you have a building [commercial] that has internal air return thus if the cable burns, releases toxic fumes your AC system will pic it up and push it out in other places spreading the poisonous fumes. If you have an external air intake plenum is generally not required, many places just use plenum no matter what to be sure, but it is very costly to do so, so if you educate yourself on the requirements for plenum use, you can save some money.

Again the wire gauge, how many pairs, etc is part of the cat5e definition. copper clad aluminum versus copper braid wires are for different uses keep that in mind and also keep in mind that you need the correct connectors [IDC - insulation displacement connector] for the type of internal wire it contains.

You must specify the further requirements from your contractor point of view because they know more about your specifications.
