[SOLVED] cat6 issue

Have an issue with some vx520 credit card terminals not seeing a network connection and others can on a cat6 cable. Any thoughts?

try non working vx520 on a working one? or working vx520 on a non working cat6 cable?

Neither worked but the one term that is working can bounce see any ethernet networn on cat5 or 6

Dude, if these were generic PC, we may be able to walk you through some troubleshooting but these are custom POS for all we know. Shouldn't you be talking to the vendor?

Since those devices have many options for interfacing (based on the specs), it seems like a configuration error would be quite possible and more likely than an ethernet cable compatibility issue.
