Catalyst 13.9 - Frame Pacing Option Not Showing?

Hey guys, I have a system with a crossfired pair of XFX HD 7870 DD 2GB 1GHz cards. I just updated to the latest AMD GPU driver (Catalyst 13.9) because I heard of the frame pacing option which supposedly reduces the stuttering, but I have yet to find the option to enable it? I heard it was at the bottom of the 3D Applications settings menu, but I went there to check and I didn't see it.

Has anyone else had this issue before? I really hope there's a solution otherwise I'm really bummed about this whole crossfire thing.

you should be using the latest 13.11 beta.
