Catalyst control center not working Vista

I recently have an attack from some virus (suspicious.cloud.5) and do not how went through norton 360, the issue is my CCC is missing or is masked and hide somwhere, and I have multiple pop up warning signs of system message-write fault error, to make matters worst, my background and icons are gonne, my pictures and music too!

You did get the infection removed, correct ?
