when doing a custom installation is it ok to just tick the display driver and uncheck everything else?
I do not want anything but the display drivers and was wondering if anything else on there is important?

Every time I install AMD's CCC I always choose custom. I UNCHECK the HDMI Audio Driver since I have a soundcard installed. You only need that if you connect your GPU to monitor or TV using an HDMI cable and want the audio to come through as well.

I also UNCHECK the Gaming Evolved App (Raptr) since it's (to me at least) just bloatware that sends info back about your system to AMD and other 3rd Parties (privacy concerns) and the games it's suppose to optimize... isn't really that good. If you check through search engines many said it's junk and useless..

The other options... I always just install them... just gives you some extra options from the control center..

One last thing.. if you do decide NOT to install the HDMI Audio driver make sure you remember to go Device Manager and DISABLE that Audio Device from there... so you won't have a useless/superfluous audio device showing up in the audio control panel section..
