CATALYST Install Manager has stopped working... Help!

Hello, My HP dv3-2370ee(Windows 10) has ATI Radeon 4400 in it but I cant use it because I don't have its driver so I tried to install its driver but at the halfway of the installation, it stops at "Detecting Hardware" and shows this error "CATALYST™ Install Manager has stopped working".
I have tried different solutions from other forums but it doesn't seem to work so now I'm stuck below 10 fps when playing games.

The Mobility drivers doesn't seem to work also, I still get the error at the Hardware Detection part...
Btw... I got the drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows%208%20-%2064

I also tried the Driver Sweeper software but it still doesn't work

Any Solutions? Thanks in advance

Your driver is probably saved in C:/AMD folder. If your GPU is listed in Device manager you can go to it's properties, Update driver and point it to that folder.

My GPU isn't listed on my Device Adapters
but it shows Intel(R) HD Graphics and Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

Than it's not recognized, no wander driver wouldn't install. Any caution marks in Device manager like in not recognized device ?

Well there is one Unknown Device that is located on PCI Express Root Complex

So...I updated the unknown driver but the Hardware still doesn't seem to appear on the Display Adapter list.
