Hi, I was wondering: What component on a motherboard is usually the first to die? North Bridge, South Bridge, Capacitors?

Also, do Gigabyte's solid state capacitors make a difference or is it just BS?

Wusy,
You bring up a good point I've been concerned about... I have a watercooler on an Asus P5AD-2 Premium with a Prescott overclocked to 4 GHz. I have an internal radiator mounted on the back wall so the fan gives some airflow to the passive chipset heatsink, but the power circuitry is pretty much without ventillation under the radiator and next to a waterblock with obviously no fan. How long do you think the VRM will live?
