Hi all. I've been having frame drops for about 3 months now and haven't been able to take my PC into a shop cause of restrictions/time/etc and haven't been able to figure out a fix on my own either. Even at lowest settings in games, I get big drops which cause stutters and freezes. Wondering if there was some sort of checklist I could do myself to figure out what the issue is before buying new parts. My userbenchmark results are below, all seem fine which is why I'm asking here if there could be any other issues causing frame drops.
UserBenchmarks: Game 118%, Desk 102%, Work 109%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X - 100.2%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070S (Super) - 116.6%
SSD: Samsung 860 QVO 2TB - 103.9%
SSD: Samsung 750 EVO 120GB - 85.2%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB - 95.9%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 93.5%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-X570 UD
My monitor is 2560x1440 btw.
