Question CBS All Access stopped streaming

I hope this is the right forum to ask this.

I've had CBS All Access for some years.
Suddenly within the past week or so, it won't stream video any more.
When I select a video to stream, it just hangs with the circular thing spinning in the center of the screen.
I get no error code, it just hangs for as long as I leave the screen up.

I'm running a desktop Windows 7 64 bit Professional and have changed nothing on my computer.

This is with the current current Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.

I've done everything CBS Help says to try at
https://help.cbs.com/s/article/How-can-I-fix-streaming-issues-on-my-device
and still nothing.

I've additionally turned off Windows firewall, my anti-virus software and even with my network totally open to the Internet it still hangs.

Does anybody know if CBS has changed something on their video servers recently?

is this an App or via web browser. If a browser, disable any ad-blockers and see if that helps.

This is with the current Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.
I've already tried disabling any ad blockers as the CBS help site says, and nothing.

I found a post on Reddit claiming that CBS stopped allowing streaming on Windows 7 on 12/11/20.
I don't know how credible this info is.
I also find that I can get CBS All Access on Amazon Prime, for the same price, which makes no sense.
So I added the subscription to my Amazon Prime account and canceled my account on CBS.
It works fine.
