Ccleaner disk wiper entire drive - Will it actually delete EVERYTHING on the drive?

Including windows? what does it actually delete?

As it says if you select free space it'll do that. If you select entire drive then it'll format the hdd. It says entire

If you're stupid enough to select c, then it'll probably (try to) wipe windows as well
