CCNA Course Questions (Advice Needed)

Any advice on CCNA courses? I need suggestions on how to study and what to prepare for.

Buy the cisco press ICND 1&2 book and take a week of your life and dedicate it to a CBTnuggets . com free trial of the ccna course (normally its like $1,200 a year).

take notes like a mad man on CBT (you only got it for a week). enrich your knowledge with the cisco press book.
the book comes with practice tests, take one of those at least once a day that is 10-20 questions. If you don't have a lab use packet tracer.

If you don't have anyprior knowledge with cisco (i.e CCENT/ICND1) and are will to pay money to learn. Build a lab (and pay for longer CBT subscription) in your house to practice. mine was about $500 but i went kind of overboard haha
