A short while ago, I upgraded to Windows 10 Everything worked okay, then, a few days ago, my Photoshop would not start and there appeared a message which said I needed to reinstall Photoshop.
I inserted the disk in the player, but no icon was present and the program did not load.
I looked in device manager and it said the device was working properly.
I tried resetting my pc to factory settings, however, when I clicked on 'Get Started' nothing happened.
All my restore points have also disappeared.
I regularly use Glary Utilities to clean up my computer.
I don't know what else to do.
Thanks in advance,
Daz

Solution
I found the solution. "How to fix your CD/DVD drive".
Go into Device manager. Look for IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
Click the the little arrow on the left.
Then right click ATA channel 0 and uninstall
Do the same for ATA channel 1, then restart your machine.
Job done!
