CD player in Sony under counter CD/AM/FM CLICK RADIO WON'T WORK

All of a sudden...cannot get a CD to play in my Sony under counter CD/CLOCK RADIOto play CD?

Clean the drive. If undercounter, in a kitchen, it's easy to get dirty.
