[SOLVED] cd reader 3.0

I dont really know what forum to put this in but I have a windows 8 disk and it has a scratch on it so I found cd reader 3.0 to see if it'll work so i can reformat and this was the result

You can download windows 8 straight from microsoft and use your license on that.

but then i need a usb or something and my usb already has stuff on it and someone told me if I put the installer on it, it may not be partitioned correctly and the installation might not work cuz i already got stuff on the usb

You need to move that stuff off that USB, or get another USB flash drive.

Any valuable data should not be stored on a single flash drive anyway.

You can also burn a new DVD,I mean what would you have done with the repaired ISO? You need to burn that as well.
