Question CD-ROM tray opened by itself

So,yesterday i went to sleep and shutdown the pc ,and i swear the cd-rom tray was closed,but today when i woke up before i boot it i found the tray open ?? i finished a malware scan with malwarbytes with 0 detections rn and i want to know is it normal or theres a prbloblem . ( i have riot new anti cheat vangaurd installed btw )

If you have siblings in your crib who lie to prank you, you may want to keep a nanny cam and see if they popped it open. On another note, please include/list your specs like so:

If you have no use for the ODD, I'd ask you to remove it, provided it's not a laptop, since a lot of people refer to a laptop as a PC.

Motherboard:a lenorovo one
Ram: 16 gb ddr3
SSD/HDD: Hitachi HDE721010SLA330 hdd
GPU: gt 730 4gb
PSU: chiness branded 80+ bronze
OS: windows 8.1
i use it for photoshop and some gaming and i did a format 2 weeks ago, so it can't be a malware problem ? i think caused by riot anticheat vanguard
