Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Try this fix from an old Microsoft KB but before making any changes to the Registry, select Export from the File menu then note the name and location of the crucial backup you're about to me, just in case you need it later.

It's described as a Vista fix only because it superceded an older XP version. The same procedure applies though.
