my CD tray comes out frequently. How to fix this problem ?

Simple Answer: Get new CD/DVD Reader
Detailed Answer: Make sure there is not sort of loose connection and that there is no programs on the computer causing it...

You sure it is not someone RDP'd into your machine doing a 'right click, eject' just to mess with you? Because that would be funny stuff.
