CdaC15BA locking me up

Guys this is really the only place I feel I can ask questions and get real straight answers.

Lately my system locks up and I can't get out of it, I end up having to hit the reset button.
My event log is full of these Event ID: 7000
The CdaC15BA service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Intel Core Quad Q8300 2.50GHz
Mem 8.00GB 64bit

I know she's old but she runs like new! (90% of the time)

Haven't added anything new Software or Hardware.

You may have to go to safe mode if you can't get on normally but try going to Services in control panel and stopping or disabling the service from running.
