CDN$22 Ascent Heatsink??

Hi all, I saw this Ascent AC4000 heatsink at a local store for CDN$22 (US$13.5). It's for my XP 1600+. I'm not planning to overclock anything so is this fan enough? I haven't heard of Ascent before so hope you guys can give me some help. Thx.

get a thermaltake volcano6cu, about the same price, pretty quiet, and really nice cooling....and it is a brand that everyone knows of...well, almost everyone.

Agree w/ Honest. Saw Volcano6Cu last wk $27 CAD. So for 5 bucks more you get a widely recognized and tested fan. It's a bit more peace-of-mind especially if you don't know too much about the Ascent.
