CDRW +CDROM, ON SAME IDE CHANNEL PROBS

I have a Samsung 8-4-32 IDE CDRW and a 48xCDROM 0n one channel, two 3GB hard drives on a second channel, could anyone tell me which is the best setup as Nero5 keeps saying the two CDs should not be on the same BUS,WINME,PII 450CEL mmx 128mb sdram Soyo SY-6ba+III mboard TA!!

I would personally put the hard drives on one channel and the CD drives on the other. Just be sure that when you do CD-to-CD writing, make it slower, or copy the image to your hard drive first.

2 Things to try. 1) Alternate the IDE channels 1HD and 1CD on one channel or 2) create a image and then burn. The second one is the easiest since you do not need to reconfigure your system and possibly causeing more issues. Plus it makes it easier to do multiple copies. The warning is just to prevent buffer underrun errors.
