CE installation

There has been some concern on how to install Chaos Empire. I had some
difficulty also and it took me awhile to get it right. If you don't install
it right, you will get errors like "can't join game" or not even booting it
up at all.
I've done this twice. Once intially and once again by re-ghosting my
machines before CE installation.

My OS is XP proffessional.

First, I had my game was installed in a directory called Diablo II. I
figured there might be a problem with spacing in the name, so copied the
directory and renamed it Diablo.
I installed the file 750.exe to the Diablo directory.
I extracted the 751.zip file to the Diablo directory. I agreed for the files
from 751 to replace the older files.
Then I opened the Diablo directory.

Here is were it gets interesting. The executable file for the CE activator.
Double click it. You will get a pop up windown asking if Diablo is closed.
Say yes. Another window will pop up saying CE is activated.

Double click the CE activator AGAIN. Yes, do it again.
You will get the pop up window, again asking if Diablo is closed.
Say yes. Now a different pop up will occur. You will get some options about
donating.
If you say yes, you will be directed to a paypal page. If you say no, Chaos
Empire will play.

This has worked for ME, this way. Hope to see you guys soon!
