hi,

it's been a while since i've built a tricked out desktop, like 1.5ghz ago. i have this desktop that i built with a soyo p4vte board, celeron d 2.93ghz (256/533) chip and 512mb @ 400mhz w/6 fans.

i'm considering maxing out the ram to 2gb ($110) and over clocking the cpu and whatever else is necessary and then install windows 7 home 32bit ($110). do you think $250 is worth it? honestly, i don't think i can get any money if i were to sell it right now (windows 2k), so i'm considering just keeping and speeding it up.

what's your thoughts?

thanks,
shad
