Celeron processor replacement

Hello, I read that the Inspiron 1100 motherboard will not support processors with a front side buss faster than 400mhz. I hope to replace the Celeron processor in my Inspron 1100 with an Intel P4,but the choices of P4 are severely restricted because of the FSB speed limit. processors is probably lilbly . What is your question? Are you looking for a P4 replacement processor with a 400mhz FSB? Is your system a Socket 423 or Socket 478 system?
