[SOLVED] Cell Phone fpr Senior

Hi, I'm looking for a cell phone preferably a smartphone for an elderly man who has severe hearing loss. The cell phone I'm looking for needs to have an extremely load receiver. Speakerphone is not what I'm looking for. I have tried to do several searches and have not found anything except the Jitterbug Smart2. Is this really not a thing and why not with all this modern technology? Can someone please help me?
