Cell phone invisable files on PC?

So I took some pics last night & on the phone file browser, they were there, but look in the same folders on my computer & nothing?? I just figured delete them from my phone, since they were invis. to the PC, I found a post saying the phone & memory card in it mount as 2 drives, but never did for me... This phone is a Java Moble 2 phone, I think...

If it's Android or Windows, make sure that when you plug it in, you unlock your phone, or it may ask for authorization. If it's Apple, I'm not sure so much but you should be able to find it in file explorer or you may need iTunes

It is a cheap Java phone, the odd thing it it just started doing that one day, no changes were made to sys or phone...
