No picture, no audio just a flashing red led when the remote power button is pushed.
Is it worth repairing.

What is this Cello? Google does not know a lot about it, apart from an eBay listing for a remote.

Cello is a British electronic manufacturer and C2369F MSD is the model of a Cello TV.
It is a combined TV and DVD Player.
The only thing working on it at the moment is a red blinking led that should be steady and turn green when the power button on the remote is pushed.
Unfortunately it just blinks slowly, red, off, red, off.
I do not see any noticeably blown or swollen capacitors, or any marks that might indicate loss of magic smoke.
