Question Center fan always on

Hello, i have a geforce 1070 xtreme gaming gpu. It has the windforce fan set up. The center fan is always on and extremely loud. Ive tried to adjust it in msi afterburner and the software that is designed for this card. All the fan adjustments i make only affect the 2 outside fans. The center fan is always on no matter what load the gpu is under. Is there a way i can sync the fans to operate together?

post an image of the fan control options in the Auros Engine software.
also have you updated to it's latest vBIOS?
