Center Subwoofer rear both not working at speaker test

I am using Windows 7 64 bit.
Center Subwoofer rear both speakers not working at speaker test.
There is no output from line in & mic
Drivers are updated.
No sound comes at the time of 6ch playback DTS audio.
I am using 5.1 CH subwoofer system.

Please include what ever system/device this is in your post.
Ie - is this headphones, Amp, Hometheatre system, PC...???
