Center Subwoofer rear both not working at speaker test

I am using Windows 7 64 bit.
No sound from Center, Subwoofer, rear both speakers at speaker test.
Drivers are updated.
Stereo(2.1) is fine but 5.1 do not working.
I am using 5.1 Ch multimedia subwoofer system.
RCA Cables are also fine.
Please help me out.

1| It'd help us more than two fold if you could:
a| Please specify your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and audio equipment.
b| Please specify the age of your system and the audio equipment.

2| Have you made sure your audio drivers are up to date inclusive of your motherboard BIOS?
3| Have you made sure you've made physical connections from your soundcard up to your speaker system for all 3 outputs; sub, front and rear?
4| You should also check if replacing the cables changes anything. If you're unsure, it's a good idea to pass on a picture of the audio outputs from your motherbaord and inputs to your speaker system.
