Centurylink Speed Drop Weirdness

I am having some weird Internet connectivity I am not sure what is happening. My modem just disconnected the first time I think dropped either 10 mbps or 1 mbps but did it so fast that it looked like 10. After the first one came like maybe 4 or 5 more that dropped for sure 1 mbps everytime it disconnected. Does anyone know whats going on with this am I in need of a new Modem or is it the line to my house having issues?

First step would be to reboot the modem, if that does not fix the issue, contact your ISP.
