Certain games are blocked from graphics card access

Im unable to play H1Z1 and Overwatch because of these errors
(H1Z1) - Exception breakpoint. A breakpoint has been reached.
(Overwatch) - This application has been blocked by the graphics card hardware/ Rendering device has been lost.

Im able to run certain games like
Tiger War:Empire

Reinstall your Video Drivers from nothing.

I used Guru3D and uninstalled all NVIDIA Files and Drivers and restarted it.
I then went to Geforce.com and got the latest drivers for my GTX 980 and went to custom settings and got a clean installation, Still no luck.
