Question Certain games make my character tear on screen. any ideas?

games like the division 2 and bf5 keep doing this when i launch them. games are unplayable as the characters do the same thing in game. any ideas?

where did you get the game from?
latest gpu driver? or try different and older one?
full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what the cpu/gpu temp?
