[SOLVED] certain programs not connecting to internet

I have been trying to log in to uplay, master chief collection, and GTA 5. However I am not able to connect with the message saying either "connecting to server" in an endless loop for master chief collection or "unable to connect please connect to the internet"in uplay. It seems to only be happening to these services (uplay, master chief collection, rockstar game services) and not any others. I have checked my NAT and it is strict, not sure if this is the issue and i also have kaspersky and i tried disabling it temporarily, but it did not solve the issue. I also tried changing my DNS settings with no luck.
I have windows 10 build 18363.693

See if uninstalling and reinstalling your networking drivers changes the issue. Also, are you working off a laptop or a desktop? In either case, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for the motherboard.

I am working off a desktop (cyberpower pc). How would I go about reinstalling my network drivers? Thank you in advance

I managed to solve the problem by uninstalling kaspersky. It seems like the firewall was misconfigured.
