I was thinking about picking up another Radeon 6950 to crossfire and i was just wondering how bad the micro-stutturing problem really is?
Also will i be able to run them on a 800 watt cooler master silent golden psu no prob?
i already know i will have botttleneck issues with my 1100T though does anyone have any idea how bad that would be?
I would be able to overclock it with my cooler master hyper 212+ to some extent but im sure it will still bottleneck.
Any experiences from people with a cf 6950 set would be great! :)

well from my experience I have not noticed any ms, it is a solid investment. Or you can just stick it out with one 6950 and wait for the 7000 series to come out see what they offer.

hi, i have 6950xfire flashed to 6970 bios, yes 800w cm is fine i got 750w cm and they run sweet. i have not noticed any microstutter up to now. I dont think you would have much of a bottleneck if any, oc will help . bottlenecking is a bit overexaggerated in my opinion. they are a great set of cards

Ive been thinking about getting a second one for the longest time and after looking at Tom Hardwares article on micro stutturing i wasnt sure about it and ive heard some games have a 10% to 15% performance drop for some reason?
I just wanna make sure then investment is worth it now and not latter when the card may be cheaper and driver updates will have fixed the above problems
