Can anyone help me? I have the Italian version of CFS3
but need to get hold of the English versions of the
Handbook files (Flight School etc). Can someone tell me
where I can download these? Or can someone email them to
me?

Well, such a handbook does exsist, and Amazon (among others) has it.
