Chain of Vapor
U
Instant
Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Then that permanent's
controller may sacrifice a land. If the player does, he or she may copy this
spell and may choose a new target for that copy.

If you have enough artifacts to play the Scale for free, yes you can
have two Scales out, cast Chain on one to bounce it, target the other one
with the copy, respond to that by playing the first one again, and then
bounce back and forth to pump up your storm count. Of course you'll have to
sac a land each time so you are limited in this by how many lands you have.

Yes but unless you deck them *now*, you're putting yourself in a bad way
when it's all over thanks to the sac land requirement for copying Chain of
Vapor.

A much cheaper route is Cowardice, Lightning Greaves and enough artifacts in
play to make Frogmite free. Drop the 'mite and attempt to equip him with the
Greaves. This will bounce Frogmite. Repeat ad nauseum and Brain Freeze for
your opponent's entire library.

It'd be a good idea to have another Brain Freeze in hand to deal with a
counter spell or Gilded Light.
