Ok after all the research I know what I want in a build. Primary use will be gaming and watching high res movies in the living room. It will be mostly on a 50'' and 42'' 1080p Led Tv and I need to build it around the GTX 760 SLI config. ( I am getting 2 for free for some money owed to me) I need quality parts preferably Corsair cause everything is going into the 300r windowed case. I will be doing a clean buils and would like to show it off with some led strips later. Budget is 700 to 800 bucks. I just want to make sure I have no bottlenecking issues with the GPU's and would like to be able to play around with some OC'ing. This will be my first build and I am pretty new to pc gaming. I just dont want to get things I dont need just for gaming/high quality movies.
Thanks in advance guys. Pretty stoked to see what you guys can come up with.

I'm assuming you already have the case.

Had to go with H50 to keep it under 800, or you could wait until you can afford an H100i which is what I am doing on my personal build. You could also afford to get a 250GB SSD if you decide to wait on a cooler.

You could also switch the Samsung ssd for a Corsair, but they are significantly more expensive.

Solution
I went with the H50 because he listed a Corsair parts preference. I also tried to include an SSD on mine.

However I made one mistake and the mother board does not support SLI... I will edit in a minute.

Dual 760s for $800? Can't be done. Get one now and one later. Here's one with a current CPU:
