Nice build by not moose but the only suggestion I can make is maybe change the motherboard to:
GIGABYTE GA-G41M-ES2L LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

$10 more gets up a much more reliable big brand name plus the reviews of the Biostar board are ones to turn a blind eye upon.

Figure I see what I could build with 20min of my time and a $300 limit as it was a 200-300 budget. Came out better than I expected, assuming we allow the use of rebates, still allows the use of some type of video card upgrade (not top of the line though as PCIe 1.0)
