Challenge Build : An i5 or i3 skylake System for £500-£600

Hello,

I am looking for a new gaming PC to replace my aging laptop.

Build requirements are:
i3 or i5 skylake processor
Z170 Motherboard (if possible)
R9 380 4gb GPU
8gb DDR4 2666mhz (hence the Z170 board to get he higher ram speeds)
HDD - 120/240gb SSD and 1tb HDD or 1tb SSHD
Case with some space for expansion with good fans and cooling
PSU to handle all of this with a little room for upward movement.
Windows 10 Home 64 bit

Budget is £500-£600 for the build and if it can come in at £500 I would be happier than a Lottery Winner quitting their job.
